As an automotive enthusiast, it’s hard to not get excited when there is a popular tuner model coming back after being discontinued over 2 decades ago. Back in the day, Chevy discontinued the Camaro and all enthusiasts of the Camaro was incredibly upset, and then rejoiced once Chevy announced it’s return – and the Camaro has never been more popular than it is today.
So you can imagine how surprised and how excited the tuner and enthusiast community was when Acura announced, with a teaser photo, that the Acura Integra is back as a 2022 model!
No one can deny that the Acura Integra has been one of the most popular cars in history to modify and personalize, and with a huge aftermarket of Acura Integra Parts already for the previous generations, you can only imagine how popular the new 2022 Integra will be with proper support.
We expect the 2022 Acura Integra to be turbocharged and have a choice of engines, but the one we’re looking forward to will likely be a 2.0 liter turbo found in the current Honda Accord or Civic Type-R (in tuned version).
