The 2013 Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the 2013 Scion FR-S) is a very capable rear wheel drive car that makes 200 horsepower from it’s naturally aspirated flat 4 engine. As enthusiasts start to modify this car, it’s always a good thing to get some baseline numbers. One of the ones that is toughest to get is a top speed number, but this guy on YouTube decided to test his BRZ limited and see what it could do.
After breaking in the engine for 1000 miles, Jason Thorgalsen took his Subaru BRZ to it’s top speed limit of 147mph and got it all on video.
