As you guys know, our project 2005 BMW M3 had a pretty bad condition seat. We have a seat from a donor E46 M3 that we are using to replace our beat up torn seat with. The seat will need to be reconditioned. This DIY / How To should be the same for all 2001 to 2006 E46 M3 and likely similar for E46 Non M3.
